Virtual Services

As well as providing a wide range of services for their rental clients with office suites within the Centre, RHBC also provides virtual services for external clients who mainly work from home.

Virtual Office Service

Telephone Answering
We set up a line and number and answer calls in your name. Messages are put onto voicemail with 24 hour access. In case of urgent messages we will call your mobile.

Postal Service
We give you a Research House Office address and will keep post at Reserch House for you to collect or forwarded to your home address.

Use of Meeting Rooms
If you use our virtual office service you will also be able to use our meeting and conference rooms at Research House free of charge

CHARGING STRUCTURE:

Postal Service only

MONTHLY FEE: £43.33 plus vat. DEPOSIT (2 months' fees) £86.66 + vat not refundable. First Payment required - deposit plus one month's fees. Post will either be kept in Research House to be collected, or can be posted on to your home address.

Telephone answering service

MONTHLY FEE: £60.00 plus vat. DEPOSIT (2 months' fees) £120.00 + vat not refundable. First Payment required - deposit plus one month's fees.

We provide the tellephone ine and calls are answered in your company name. Messages put into voicemail with 24 hour access. In case of urgent messages, we will contact your mobile. Postal service is included.
