Courier Deliveries When a parcel is delivered for you it will be signed for by reception who will then call you to collect from reception. Please collect parcels promptly. If you prefer to sign for your own deliveries directly with the courier please inform reception and they will call you when parcels arrive. NB Please be aware that it is more practical for large items to be delivered at the rear entrance on Bilton Road, as trolleys are not allowed through main reception. It may be necessary for you to specify this to couriers when placing orders.
